Is your jewelry handmade?

Yes, Skyli designs and creates all the jewelry right out of her gallery and studio in Santa Fe, NM.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on special ordered merchandise, personalized merchandise, engraved merchandise, and rings, necklaces, chains, or bracelets that have been sized, lengthened, or altered.

Exchanges will be made to any customer who presents merchandise within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition, and with the original sales receipt, packaging, and warranty. *not applicable on special orders or custom orders

How long do custom orders take?

Custom jobs take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to complete based on complexity and season. Special orders and sizings take no longer than 2 weeks.

How long does the “made to order” rings take?

After the order is placed please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be fulfilled and 4-5 business days for arrival (dependent on shipping)
